Our Process

Steel Manufacturing Process

01
Raw Material Selection
Carefully selected steel scrap, sponge iron and pig iron are prepared and charged into the induction furnaces for steel production.

Steel Melting
Raw materials are melted in induction furnaces under controlled temperature and composition to produce quality molten steel.

Continuous Casting
Molten steel is transferred to the Continuous Casting Machine and cast into high-quality MS Billets for further processing.

Hot Rolling
MS Billets are hot-charged into the rolling mill and progressively rolled to produce TMT bars in the required dimensions.

TMT Treatment
The rolled bars undergo controlled water quenching to develop the required combination of strength, hardness and ductility.
